Nantucket Sound's Gulf Stream waters greet guests of The Edgewater, as they stroll from their doorsteps through pristine dunes to 400 feet of sandy Cape Cod beach. Most units have a view across the sound to the shores of the National Wildlife Preserve of Monomoy Island. Amenities include indoor/outdoor pools, a putting green, and an exercise facility. Gas grills are provided in the common areas. Most units have hot tubs overlooking the ocean, gas fireplaces, limited kitchens, and alternate-day maid service. Studio units are located across the street and do not offer ocean views.
If you enjoy this area you may also be interested in Cape Winds Resort which is locate in Hyannis where you will find the JFK Museum. Enjoy a day of history at the John F. Kennedy Hyannis Museum which is a multimedia exhibit designed to open a window on the days JFK spent on Cape Cod; days relaxing with family, days playing football with PT109 buddies, days spent sailing on the ocean to which he was so constantly drawn.
Enjoy a day trip to Nantucket, or Martha's Vineyard, take a ferry from Hyannis which is about 30 minutes away. Ferry across to one of these beautiful islands for beaches, quaint shops or a tour of the island.
