Peregrine Townhomes is located on a secluded area of the 14-mile long Follett's Island between San Luis Pass and Surfside Texas. Beautiful Surfside Beach provides a rustic, secluded atmosphere with miles of primitive white sand beach and Texas coastal wetlands, which abound with fish, shrimp, crabs, and bird life. Peregrine offers a quiet, relaxing vacation with the attractions and activities for all life styles. The beach is located just outside your timeshare unit for those who love to bird watch, fish, enjoy beach combing, or just laying on the beach. Galveston, with its many attractions, is located only 30 minutes away, as is Freeport. Nightlife, fishing charters & piers, bird watching, shopping, restaurants, tours, and museums are just a few of the activities located within a short drive of Peregrine. Houston is only 1½ hours away with all of the attractions of a major city. After a full day, you can relax by the pool, barbecue, or enjoy a movie in your fully furnished unit. All units are air-conditioned, have television, VCR with free movies, a microwave and full kitchen with dishwasher. 1 Bedroom loft units have 1 queen bed, 1 sleeper sofa and 1½ baths. 2 Bedroom units have 2 queen beds, 1 sleeper sofa and 2 baths. Nearby activities and amenities include biking, boating, fishing, golf, grocery store, health club, horseback riding, lake, movie theatre, racquetball, restaurant, scuba diving, shopping area, and water skiing.
Another beautiful resort is San Luis Condominiums. Set on 30 acres, the privately owned San Luis Condominiums shares the grounds with the San Luis Resort and the Galveston Island Hilton. Most amenities are available year-round, while some--such as the pool bar and kids club--have seasonal closures. Entry to the hotel is through a 4,000-square-foot, glass-enclosed promenade with seating areas.
