The resort's amenities include a rooftop outdoor swimming pool, sundeck, hot tub, barbeque area, boating, fitness center, computer library, internet access, elevator, and laundry room. This timeshare resort is located along the River Walk on Dwyer Avenue, less than two blocks from the downtown River Walk loop. Recognized as one of the top entertainment destinations in Texas, the 2.5-mile River Walk is a cobblestone walkway beneath the bridges and streets of downtown San Antonio, lined with first class hotels, restaurants, sidewalk cafes, musicians and more.
