Vantage Point Condominiums are located at the base of the Vail ski area in the Lionshead section of Vail Village. The skier gondola and chair lift #8 are located in the courtyard just 1/2 block away. Most of the condominiums face the ski slopes with private balconies, living rooms, fireplace and a full kitchen. Vantage Point condos are privately owned and individually decorated by owners from around the world. You can rent a condo here for as few as two days or for a whole month in the summer time. Rental rates vary by season. Vantage Point Condominiums are easily accessible with underground parking, elevators to the six floors and a great location in Vail. Vantage Point is a silver rated property with an outdoor pool open during the summer and two large hot tubs open year round. This rental location is a great value in comparison to other "full service" lodges. There are many fine restaurants, interesting shops and lively nightclubs in Lions Head Village and Vail Village.
Another beautiful timeshare vacation opportunity is Timber Run. Timber Run is where you can enjoy your vacations year round in a lovely Rocky Mountain setting. On-site, you'll find indoor and outdoor whirlpools as well as tennis courts. All condos include private balconies and all have access to common outdoor and indoor hot-tubs. Nearby Arapahoe National Forest offers hiking, backpacking, and horseback riding among other outdoor activities. The Colorado River offers rafting and two lakes, Lake Granby and Grand Lake are both within 35 miles. Timber Run in Winter Park, Colorado is a secluded Rocky Mountain setting with magnificent views of the mountains. In the warm months outdoor activities include hiking, backpacking, white water rafting and lake activities.
