Really poor upkeep - many furnishings and appliances (TVs especially) seemed to have been last refreshed in the late-1980s or mid-1990s. For example, TV in upstairs bedroom literally had the little push buttons along the side of the picture tube (yes, picture tube - maybe 19" at most) to switch between channels - something I haven't seen in at least 20 years in use anywhere else. Pots and pans were of really poor quality - heating a pan to make popcorn 'old school' caused the solder between the pan and its base to melt. That dripped onto the ancient linoleum flooring and caused a couple of small scorch marks, which we buffed out. They still used it as an excuse to charge us.

What a pleasant surprize! Who would think there was such a beautiful forest setting resort in Union Washington! We went in February - fell in love with the townhouse condo, plush green landscapes, lighted walkways, private beach across the blue bridge, fantastic family game room, his and her spa rooms with showers, pool, tennis court, tether ball, BBQ equipment, and very gracious family property management. The ferry was so much fun getting there from Seattle. We even went to Victoria Canada
