VERY dated with some things consistently broken like locks, windows, and screens. A step up from camping, it's nice to have a home base while visiting the lovely town of Lava Hot Springs. We stayed in a family unit that can sleep 8. It has a small kitchen, two full baths, four futons, and a king size bed. TV with cable is available, and all linens, dishes, pots, pans, etc. are provided. We enjoy going, but if you're new to the condos, do know that the grounds are riddled with weeds, the decks full of splinters, and the amenities very dated and basic. Our unit last week was missing a screen in the screen door, had a broken lock on the sliding glass doors to the deck, and the power was out in the entire unit for ab
