Best Resort I've been to in years. My kids, 18 and 10 had so much to do. They loved it and are bugging me to go back again. Within driving distance of everything Southern California has to offer. Staff goes out of thier way to please you and the accomadations are first class. Highly recommend this resort!

The timeshare is Fantastic with alot of amenities for families. The biggest drawback is if you leave something in your villa, houskeeping will steal it! So make sure you secure everything.

We have owned our unit since November, 1993 and have stayed at the resort three times. We have also exchanged our week at several other very nice resorts. We prefer LW at Escondio because of the size of the unit and the privacy it provides for two couples. The exhange power is very good.

Per RCI, Lawrence Welk Resort, located 30 miles north of San Diego, offers a variety of activities: golf, tennis, swimming, exercise rooms, lap pool & sauna. Also on site are Mr. W's restaurant, a market, deli and Broadway-style theatre.

i love my unit 289 which i have owned since 1989. My ex-wife and i chose week 13 so we could have something to look forward to each year since we hate the winters so much. I would keep my timeshare but the maintenance fees are to high for my salary. I am selling it for $2000.00 which is what I still owe my ex wife who sold it to me for $7200.00 Each year I have gone down, the unit and grounds have been perfect. It's very relaxing and the weather is great.

Do you have more than one week to sell at this resort?

Our site is for timeshare owners to post one week for sale for $34.95. We have no other charges.
