Some people just want to complain about nothing. We stayed at the Bill Fisher for one week. We were so pleased with it. I used RCI, and found later that if I wanted to extend it would only be approx. $100.00 per night. I really liked it. From the office to lady who cleans the condo. I would stay here any time. We spent the next week at White Sands Village. That is our home away from home. We have been staying there for over 30 yrs. If there was any draw backs, it would be "there wasnt a washer, dryer in the unit. All and all, a great place to stay. And its true, town is just a very short walk from the Bill Fisher

This is a very mellow, older but very well-maintained timeshare complex with 65 units. BBQs, pool, laundry facilties, nice guests, helpful managers. Located across the street from the Royal Kona Resort and Kailua Bay. One can swim & snorkel in Kailua Bay and sandy beaches are a short drive or bus ride. It's an easy walk into Kailua-Kona. There are night volleyball games at nearby Coconut Plaza. Our young teen sons played nightly. They loved it. We were comfortable letting them go by themselves.
