Stayed at this time share in 2004 and again in 2008. Staff is exceptionally helpful and friendly. Room was clean and location was terrific. Could use new mattresses on the sofa bed was my only complaint. Enjoyed my stay there and would return happily.

This is a 2-star hotel in the middle of Waikiki. From the pull-down bed and tiny frig, to the peeling paint, this place needs improvement. But, the staff is very helpful (mattress pad and blender provided on request) and it’s walking distance (parking is $15/day a block away) to the beach (chairs, umbrellas, boogey boards lent) and nightlife (right out your window). We traded our Mazatlan week via RCI, and enjoyed our stay on Oahu in April 06, but don't be fooled into thinking this is a high-class resort. A basic 2-star accommodation in a good location is what Kuhio Banyan Club offers.

Do you have more than one week to sell at this resort?
