We love this place, have 4 time share weeks in B, C and D units. Friendly, older quiet social crowd. Not a good place for kids and especially teens as there's nothing to do for them. Two pools, great food at the concession stand, great beach front. Cal see rocket launches from the Cape from beachside. Clean, quiet, private.

Well, went back again in Aug for another week. Weather was great, view was amazing and we had a wonderful time. Although this is an older timeshare I find it is just as comfortable as the newer ones I also own weeks at. I love the two pools if one is a little crowded we just head to the other and most times it is empty. Most of the newer resorts only have the one pool.

We spent a week in June with our son and his family. We had a great time, relaxing in one of the two pools, surf fishing, swimming in the ocean and we couldn't decide which we enjoyed more breakfast watching the sun come up or sitting on the balcolny at night watching the stars over the ocean. I think it was a draw.

Great family resost. Quiet. Everything you want close at hand - tennis, pool, snack bar, beautifu beach, exercise. A great place to relax. We have a 1/2. sleeps 6

As the owner for over 7years it's allittle bit of everything. Ocean front 5th floor dream building, balcony full kitchen and 2 baths, fully loaded pots, pans, stove, oven, dishwasher and laundry rooms down staris. Rec. room, tennis, rentals, pools and much more. Grounds kept well and safe. Great area also. A true vacation spot!

Do you have more than one week to sell at this resort?
