November 9 2021. Had a 9 day stay planned. Reservations were for upper two bedroom deluxe. When arrived had lower unit which are less points then two bedroom . Our party stayed in hot car for 45 minutes while looking for room. Do not buy Wyndham timeshare. We have 500,000 points and they gave us a dirty room after our long wait. Had long black hair in both showers when i am blond. Had ants in second bath crawling in shower. Had a whoopie cushion couch in which was so worn could not sit on. We were celebrating my husbands and friends 75 birthday. Also both men are veterans. We were treated like shit. I will continue On items. We did not get moved next day when they promised. We had no internet for two days. Jerry room manager promised us

Do you have more than one week to sell at this resort?
