I have stayed at this resort several times. This and the Morritts Grand and Seaside are the three top timeshare resorts to stay at in the Caymans. The Tortuga is the older and some on 7 mile are hit or miss. It's newer, cement and feet from the beach. Rooms are well appointed and it's in the Caymans. Not much more you can ask for. Probably in the Top 25-30 of all timeshares worldwide (as is the Grand & Seaside next door) primarily because it's in the Caymans and because it's newer and a very nice resort. Only downfall is no workout facility. Highly reccomend
