we are visiting here in daytona beach resort.our staying here this week has been the worse ever.our aunt is tha owner she has been sick for a long time so she send family when is her week to come down. wow this place is falling apart. tv does not work most of the time,water in the stairway,with the weather sandy the storm. water come in rooms lost of guest and owners were upset.there was a owner at the front desk because in his room he was missing a blind on door. who forget to put blinds up.this place should be taking out of rci. and were is the general manager,at home chilling not worry about us.i don't like this every were we have been and realy nice resort there is alway a manager on property.see the plase before you buy not wort it.

We have gone to Daytona Beach for 13 of the last 15 years for Spring Break (from Holland, Michigan). Our church people (we've had as many as 54 people go) - and my family have stayed in a few places that are now gone with the wind (Hurricane). Silver Beach Club is one of the best we've stayed in. Could use some paint but the insides were nice and clean. The pool is kept up well and we feel right at home. If I can find someplace to update thepictures I will. You will enjoy the place.

Silver Beach Club has a wonderful location in the heart of Daytona, I have spent several weeks here thru the years. The area has many bridges which connect with the mainland, and down town area, restaurants are all very reasonable. This is a great place to explore by bike. The units are spacious & clean, either over look the ocean or pool, only con may be the traffic noise during the afternoon at poolside. Staff always has been fiendly. Charter Member since 1988. Do you have more than one week to sell at this resort?
