This info is to help those who are not driving and need to use public transport to reach there. Resort staff hardly speak or understand English. No English translation in instruction on use of amenities. Take the Chitose bus from stand 6 at Chitose station. Journey time about 30 min. Alight at stop after bus has gone into the bus station stop. Cost 290 yen. When going toward Chitose station from resort, take bus from opposite side at the SeicoMart small store. No ticket from machine at this bus stage when getting up the bus. (Why? don't really know.)
