Had a wonderful vacation at Willow Valley Resort. Cabin was comfortable and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definately return.

We stayed here Oct 08 and outside of the furnature being dated and unconfortable gave it a 7 out of 10. Good location, like the area, lots to do close by. We are going back in the fall and I hope the furnature has been replaced but by the previous post dated 6/21/10 it apparently has not.

Accommodations were not at all what one would expect for a "resort", more like low income housing. The fans provided in lieu of a/c were inadequate to deal with the summer temps in the 90's. I can't it would be so costly to provide even small window a/c units in the summer. The furnishings were old, smelly and some pieces even broken and unsafe. We had to clean the bathrooms before using the shower/tubs and sinks. Staff seemed totally lost when asked questions regarding the facility, and were uncooperative. This could be a very nice facility with some much needed updating (a/c) and heavy cleaning. Overall, this facility was absolutely horrible I would not favorably recommend this "resort" to anyone. Perhaps as a "last resort" only.

We had a wonderfull week at Willow Valley. A very restful and relaxing atmosphere. Lots to do in the surrounding area. Cabin was nice and well stocked. Would return in future.

This is one of the worst resorts that I have ever stayed at it is runned down and poorly maintained the golf course was the nicest thing about it it was in good shape. The housekeeping and maintenance personal were very frendly but the management level was very rude and seemed to be very under educated for their status this could be a nice resort if it had a trained management staff to properly control its operation.

We love to see spectacular Fall colors? This is the place and time to go. We can play golf, go fishing, hike the trails or just snuggle up and read a good book.
