The resort is located in northwest Georgia and in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains. The resort is located within Coosawatte Rivert Resort, an 8,000 acre resort used by mountain lovers since the early 1980's. Ellijay and surrounding cities are known for their antique shops. Each condo provides full kitchen, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, fireplace, telephone, air conditioning, and carpet. A car is recommended to fully enjoy the area. Area features are downtown (12 min), Chief Vann House (45 min), Outlet Center (60 min), Ruby Falls (90 min), Gold Mines/Museum (80 min), Amicalola Falls (40 min), Fresh Water Aquarium (90 min), Civil War Battlefield (90 min), Restaurants (Nearby), and Craters Lake for fishing, boating, and swimming (25 min).
