American Vacation Resorts at the Villas offers 58 fully equipped one- and two- bedroom timeshare condos complete with full kitchen, living room, large bedroom(s) and washer/dryer in select units. All villas come with two TVs, VCR and cable TV. One-bedroom villas sleep four and provide a king bed in the bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. Two-bedroom villas sleep six and offer a king bed in the master bedroom, two twin beds or a queen bed in the second bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. American Vacation Resorts at the Villas is located in the center of area attractions, shopping centers, and restaurants, but privately located off the main travel ways. Being five minutes from Disney World and EPCOT Center, and 15 minutes from Universal Studios, Pleasure Island, Blizzard Beach, and Sea World.
