Hot Springs Village is located in Lava Hot Springs Idaho. Nestled in the mountains this area is abundant with wildlife and natural beauty. Lava Hot Springs is a very small, quaint western town that has captured it's fame from it's well known natural resource, the mineral hot springs. Lava Hot Springs, home to Hot Springs Village, is situated in the Idaho Mountains on the Old Oregon Trail. The town is less than a four-hour drive from Yellowstone National Forest and Jackson Hole, Wyoming. The resort offers the best in relaxation. Accommodations are available for two, four, six, or eight persons. The world-famous mineral springs are located only nine blocks away and are open year-round. Massage therapy is available for a fee. Summer activities include fishing, golfing, motorcycling, class 3-4 whitewater, class 3-5 creeking, sightseeing, swimming, hiking, biking, swimming tubing and hot pools. In winter, activities include ice fishing, hunting, downhill skiing, cross country skiing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, and hot pools. Lava Hot Springs is conveniently located near Salt Lake City, Utah, Jackson Hole, Wyoming, and Yellowstone National Park.
